Numerous aromatic Ryukyu dishes of the Ryukyu culture. Ufuya's specialty course meal of various Agu dishes which is widely popular for the fine flavor of pork.

[Evening Menu] Only course meals are available in the evening after 18:00. Thank you for your understanding.

If you want to dine a la carte instead of a course meal, after you order a "small bowl course," you can also order other individual items from the menu.



SHABUSHABU AGU PORK PARBOILED IN BOILING BROTH
An exquisite shabu-shabu that impresses gourmets.It is said that shabu-shabu is the best way to enjoy the flavor of the Agu pork. The secret to the deliciousness of the Agu pork is undoubtedly the sweetness of the fat and the flavor of the meat. It is said to have three times the flavor substance of an ordinary pork, and the "Agu pork shabu-shabu" is by far the most popular dish featuring sweetness and flavor that's rich but not greasy which even customers who are not a fan of fat can enjoy.

The shabu-shabu course may be ordered by groups of 2 or more. We are unable to serve the course to patrons dining alone.
